Sheila Gibbons, JD Founder/CEO

Sheila has 25+ years of experience leading nonprofit organizations, including executive leadership of a Chamber of Commerce. She currently serves as Executive Director of a private $11 million foundation, as a Board Treasurer, and as a nonprofit course instructor. Her areas of expertise include organizational formation, governance, compliance, operational systems, and strategic planning.

Harry Vande Velde, Co-Founder

Harry has 40+ years of experience leading nonprofit organizations and educational institutions. His leadership roles have ranged from education to serving as CEO of a $15 million organization and Director of a $50 million foundation. He has raised more than $75 million through capital campaigns and major gift initiatives. His areas of expertise include operational strategy, leadership development, and fundraising.
